You will be contributing to our role as the national regulator to safeguard and protect older Australians receiving aged care services.Meet some of our people and learn more about the Commission and our Regulatory Strategy on our website www.agedcarequality.gov.auAbout the RoleThe ICT Service desk manage all inbound service requests and workflow these to the relevant team across ICTPosition DutiesCapture demand for incident resolution and service requestsSupport day to day within the commission by fulfilling requests, responding to incidents and providing support to usersEscalate issues to relevant teams, internal or externalResponding to ICT enquiries by staff within the officeSupporting several uplift and sustainment activities within ICTTravel to other Sites as requiredProactive monitoring and escalation of critical issuesPosition Eligibility Requirements (Selection Criteria):To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:Relevant qualifications in ICT and/or equivalent experience?Experience with Windows 10, iPhone and Android platforms?Experience working in government/public sector?Understanding of the Commissions role as an end-to-end regulator*Please note, these positions will initially be filled in a non ongoing capacityPosition NotesSalary offered will be between $80,425 - $84,980 per annum depending on skills and experience. In addition, 15.4% superannuation will be paid.Only candidates who hold Australian citizenship can apply. Appointment is conditional on successfully completing a national police check.
