You''ll play a crucial role in:Enhancing early childhood outcomes through provision of specialist inclusion advice, support, and coaching to our centre teams.Supporting children with additional needs in centres in Regional Queensland to ensure they can access and meaningfully participate in early learning.Providing professional learning to Centre Directors, Educators and other Goodstart staff on inclusive practices in ECEC.Contributing to partnerships with other not for profit organisations and government departments to maximise the impact of social inclusion strategies within local communities.Contribute to long-term planning and innovation in Regional Queensland to help Goodstart achieve its goal of "Inclusion for Everyone" for children, families, and employees.Join us and be a part of a dedicated team committed to fostering inclusive and supportive environments for all children and families.
