CopRice has been supplying quality feeds for animals for over 30 years across 6 sites in NSW and VIC.About The RoleThe Supply Clerk plays a key role in supporting CopRice Gunnedahs Accounts Payable operations. You will help manage the companys outgoing financial transactions by ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess all transactions with regards to CreditorsProcessing of payments and financial transactions to suppliersEntering invoicesFiling and maintaining supplier recordsReply to queries regarding supplier invoicingAnswer phones using proper telephone etiquetteOrdering of Stationary, office supplies and Mill suppliesAbout YouThis position is ideal for someone experienced in customer service who is highly organised, adaptable, with great attention to detail. Were seeking a practical, enthusiastic team player who takes pride in getting things done and has a solution focussed mindset with the ability to problem solve.
