You can be part of it!We are offering a full-time, max term position (until 30/06/2026) for an experienced and enthusiastic care professional, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients.About The RoleAs a Service Coordinator in the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and resolving client requests within agreed service levels. You will work closely with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses to inquiries and service needs.This role is required to support the hours of operation across NSW and VIC. You will work collaboratively across the organisation and:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in accessing services and navigating their care optionsPromote the Care Connect proposition and maximise client outcomes by effectively coordinating between clients, client advisors, and partnered service providersMaintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and professionalismBuild strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsCollaborate closely with care managers and service providers to ensure the best possible client outcomesOffice location: Bella Vista, NSWAbout YouYou will have experience in customer service, administration or coordination, with strong communication and time management skills. You have experience working in a high-volume, inbound phone contact environment with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems under pressure. You are proactive, organised and comfortable using Microsoft Office.A background in CHSP or health/community services with care coordination is beneficial but not essential. Most importantly, you are passionate about providing exception support to clients and helping them maintain their independence. You share our workplace values of Collaboration and Courage, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence - CARE - in everything you do.Minimum Qualifications:Qualification or formalised training in Customer Service, Business Administration or equivalentIn the absence of a completed qualification, a minimum of 3 years'' experience in a high volume incoming phone contact role or related field with a proven track record of exceeding client expectationsTo be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights, Current Police & Working With Children Checks - we can arrange police checks for successful candidates.
