As an Insurance Investigator, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding RACQs integrity by conducting thorough investigations into potential fraudulent claims and policy breaches. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting detailed interviews with members, customers, and third parties.Assessing evidence related to various insurance claims, including Home, Motor, Pet, and CTP insurance.Compiling comprehensive reports and providing recommendations to claims owners, legal teams, and underwriting departments.Identifying risks that may affect RACQs strategic goals and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.Ensuring all investigative processes align with the General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP) and adhere to relevant regulatory standards, including those set by ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission). #J-18808-Ljbffr
