Primary LocationVIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins StJob Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Coordinator - Advanced Metering to join Service Stream in our Melbourne office.About the RoleService Streams Utilities division are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator - Advanced Meteringto join our growing company.Nature of position: 6 Months / Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Collins St, Melbourne (Flexible work arrangements available)Reporting Line: Team LeaderKey ResponsibilitiesTriage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.Make phone calls to customers and building managers to arrange access for our meter technicians.If required, seek technical clarification about a work order from field supervisors/QA team to identify the triage action.Coordinate technician availability with the work allocation team.Accurate data entry in client''s systems and Excel sheets.Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager.Strong focus on compliance and problem-solving.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 12 months in a customer service, administrative or technical support role is essential.Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essentialBasic technical knowledge of electrical metering work is an advantage.Excellent organisational and administration skills.High level attention to detail and proactively meet deadlines.About UsService Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia''s essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
