Brisbane, QLD, AustraliaBe the First to ApplyJob DescriptionPosition OverviewThis role is responsible for responsible for the creation of purchase orders, the correction of purchase orders, item cost movement reporting, reconciliation of invoices and labour hire time sheets, receipting, compliance reporting and end of month processing including actively participating in month end cycle count entries and reporting using our internal system/s.You will assist with general invoice enquires and ensuring that the highest level of service is always offered and maintained to all internal and external personnel. Toensure the security of any Civeo items such budgets, spend reporting and otherfinancial details are kept private and confidential.
