This is an exciting opportunity to work on the client-side with a renowned international property developer.This role reports directly to the Sales Director and plays an important part in driving the success of one of the Gold Coasts most iconic projects.About the RoleAs Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Director in managing the inhouse and external agents. Youll also manage the day-to-day operations of our on-site Sales Gallery and coordinate with marketing to deliver premium events and campaigns. This position needs to be hands-on, requiring strong software, communication, and organisational skills.Your objective will be to:Assist the Sales Director in the development and management of all agents and sales channelsManage the daily operations of the sales gallery to support sales and marketing activityCoordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales eventsCarry out other tasks as directed by the management to ensure the success of the Paradiso Place project.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for supporting the Sales Director in developing and managing a wide range of sales channels across Australia and overseas. This includes both internal teams (in-house sales) and external channels (e.g. master agents, affiliate networks, international sales agencies). Youll actively identify and establish new partnerships to expand market reach and drive performance.Youll manage and support sales agents throughout the process, providing daily operational assistance and project training to ensure consistency and excellence. Additionally, youll be responsible for managing the CRM system to support lead allocation, follow-up activities, and reporting in line with company SOPs.In your role managing the Sales Gallery, youll oversee the day-to-day use of the on-site facility, ensuring exceptional client experience and premium service presentation. This includes coordinating appointments, sales presentations, and gallery-based promotional events. Youll also ensure full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and brand standards.You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver both on-site and off-site events, managing vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate marketing campaigns as directed and ensure that all marketing materials used across affiliate networks align with the developers expectations and brand positioning.Finally, you will support the Sales Director in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. This includes preparing regular sales reports, getting market feedback, and assisting with competitor analysis to inform the senior management.Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, youll have strong teamwork and communication skills and the ability to drive the team to achieve excellent sales performance. Youll demonstrate professional integrity, resilience under pressure, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills.You will need to be proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools. A current Queensland Real Estate Sales Certificate or License is required.
