If you thrive on taking the lead in retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to beat targets, and providing world-class service, then we''d love to have you join us!The roleThe Assistant Store Manager is our brand ambassador responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will report to the store manager and be their biggest supportensuring the store''s commercial successand be responsible for managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.Along with the Store Manager, support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets, while setting an example in exemplary Pandora customer service.Focus on retail operations in store, including stock control, store procedures, organising teams to optimise sales, managing store security, team rotas, and tracking sales performance.Be responsible for the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence around the store, influencing the sales space, and enjoying this environment is vital.Receive thorough training on our hand-crafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. Support the development of the store team to unlock their full potential.The successful candidateOur Assistant Store Managers are ambassadors of the Pandora brand. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader and a passionate team player who confidently supports their team to provide an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.Experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
