Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Wholesale Sales Support Team Leader to join its passionate team.About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team in the role of Wholesale Sales Support Team Leader reporting to the Head of Wholesale.The Wholesale Sales Support Team Leader will be accountable for leading the efficient and effective delivery of customer service to the Global wholesale customer base and the Wholesale Sales Team. The scope of the role includes management of one Sales Support Coordinator, driving continuous improvement from Sales Support and delivering exceptional customer service levels to support achievement of the T2 Wholesale goals.Key Success MeasuresLead and inspire a team that is customer focused.All orders and customer enquiries to meet agreed SLA.Wholesale customers satisfaction measures achieved.Decreasing number of credits/returns due to process or performance.Achievement of KPIs in relation to service levels and sales.New Business inbound leads processed within the required SLA.Improvement in the % of accepted accounts who place first orders and active role in reducing customer churn.Provide direct sales support to KAM Team facilitating administrative customer care (Product Submission Forms etc).Active contribution to the improvement of process, productivity, and reporting for Sales Support and the wider Wholesale business.Sales Support team achieving set performance objectivesLife at T2Enjoy a 50% discount to spoil yourself, plus endless cups of tea.Get recognition and rewards.
