If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are process-oriented with great attention to detail, and can work towards deadlines, we are looking for you!About the RoleChecking and verifying signed loan documentsLiaising with key stakeholders to coordinate and manage settlementsAccurately entering information into the PEXA system.General file management and updating of internal systemsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience or knowledge in the mortgage industry as a paralegal, conveyancer, or verifications officer is desirableStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Highly developed customer service skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStable and growing companyConvenient CBD location close to public transportTraining to learn and developProfessional and supportive team environmentRegular social events organized by our social committeeExcellent company culture with a friendly working environmentReady to Apply?Wed love to hear from you!
