Here''s your chance to be part of an exciting time of change, environmental innovation, and sustainable development in the automotive industry.Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is key to supporting the administration of the Vehicle Delivery and Service Department.The Inventory Clerk role is diverse; no two days are the same!Eagers Automotive Inventory Clerks, working as a team, are responsible for: Vehicle Licensing Deal Processing (via online automation) Department of Transport compliance Compiling Deal Packs, Compliance Checks, Document Archiving Raising Cheque & EFT Payments Stocking Inventory - reconciliations Daily Banking & Merchant Reconciliations Ad hoc accounting tasks as directed by the Accounting team Interacting with management teams Assisting Accountants & Financial Controller Completing costing of repair orders and assisting in other departmental costing duties if required by the ManagerAbout you:We are looking for someone with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service!
