Job Description

The Digital Partnership teams provide effective and efficient ICT support services across Queensland and as part of this team this role ensures that effective administrative support, focusing on financial accounts, human resources and information management, is provided to the work unit in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments.Provide administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.Provide financial administrative support to the business unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable and systems application (SAP/R3).Provide human resource support to the business unit by undertaking activities such as maintaining establishment, providing basic HR advice, and applying legislation.How you will be assessedAbility to deliver high quality administrative support, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records management.Experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg.
