This is a part-time (or full-time for the right candidate) role, offering the opportunity to be the face of the clinic. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and treatment care to our clients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operations of the clinic.In this dual position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our clinic, with key responsibilities including:Performing a variety of high-end Dermal treatments, including Medical Grade Lasers, Body Contouring, HydraFacial, Medical Peels, Skin Needling, and RF Skin Tighteningtreatments.Managing all incoming patient enquiries in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.Managing day to day running of the clinic, including stock-take and orderingDriving & achieving clinic targets and KPIsSkills & ExperienceHold a relevant qualification in Dermal Science, with demonstrated experience in advanced dermal and laser treatmentsA valid WA Laser LicencePrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role in a medical or aesthetic clinic settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and multi-tasking abilitiesProficiency in using computer software and medical practice management systemsA warm, friendly, and professional demeanourImmaculate grooming and presentation as you will be the face of the clinicExcellent communication and time management skillsWhat We OfferAt MedAesthetics, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers our team to thrive.
