This is an administrative role where youll help manage documentation, supplier coordination, onboarding, and invoice tracking. Youll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations before a project kicks off.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in collecting and organizing job descriptions, budget details, and supplier proposalsPrepare and track contracts, resource requests, and approvalsHelp manage onboarding checklists, background checks, and paperworkTrack project-related data (invoices, forecasts, reports, etc.) using Excel or tracking systemsSupport with invoice follow-ups and resolving billing issues with internal and supplier teamsMaintain accurate records and update relevant systems (e.g. Salesforce nice to have)Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance) for compliance and admin needsRespond to queries from internal stakeholders and escalate issues when neededWhat Were Looking For2+ years of administrative, PMO support, or coordination experienceStrong skills in organizing, tracking, and following up tasks across multiple teamsGood with numbers, Excel, and handling billing or invoice informationAbility to work independently and handle multiple admin tasksExperience in consulting or financial services is a plus, but not requiredFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar tools is helpful, but not mandatory Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldWe are a global technology company operating at the intersection of innovation and inclusive growth.
