Youll focus on building strong relationships, driving partner engagement, and identifying new business opportunities across a range of innovative security and mobility technologies. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of both Wavelink and its partner ecosystem.Roles & ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with all key resellers nationallyIdentify, develop and enable resellers to sell multiple product lines (cross-sell and up-sell initiatives)Meet and exceed gross profit and sales targetsActively prospect and recruit new channel partners, particularly those aligned with complementary solutionsPlan and execute partner communication programsAssist in the development and rollout of sales and technical enablement initiativesDistribute product, pricing, and promotional updates to the reseller baseAct as the primary point of contact for all communication related to assigned accountsProvide input into marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activitiesGenerate timely and accurate quotes using Zoho, within defined SLAsManage inbound quote enquiries and proactively follow up with partnersREPORTING & ADMINISTRATIONMaintain up-to-date communication records and pipeline data in NetSuite and ZohoParticipate in team sales meetings and reporting rhythmsPrepare sales performance reports and presentations as requiredRequirementsKEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED2+ years of inside sales or channel sales experience, preferably in the technology sectorProven success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience in selling security, networking, mobility, or software-based technology solutionsResults-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mindsetHigh energy and enthusiasm, with a drive for partner engagement and growthExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative teamStrong negotiation and influencing capabilitiesAbility to interpret and present data effectivelyBenefitsWhy Wavelink?Wavelink have been selling a bespoke portfolio of technology solutions for over 22 years.
