Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant you will draw upon your clinical skills and support people throughout their rehab journey. A vital link helping our ADF achieve specific health goals to be able to return to service.Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals;Applying your nursing knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan;Case management - Implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans.Complete initial assessments and perform worksite reviewsUnlike most other Rehabilitation Consultant roles, KPIs are based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours. Genuine person-centred focus!Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance no overtime, no outside of work hours work. Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm.
