Over the coming 12 months we are embarking on exciting change as we digitise our learning materials, development new content, support our trainees in new ways (Group online sessions and more face-to-face learning!) and evaluating our training through reporting and feedback.Working in a full-time capacity, on a fixed term 12-month contract, reporting to the Training & Standards Manager, and based in our Camberwell support office, we knead a Training & Development Coordinator who is ready to rise to the challenge and bake a difference by:Developing and delivering one on one and small group training as well as larger workshops to new Franchisees and Company Owned Bakery team members.Developing innovative and engaging content for our in-bakery teams through our Learning Management System and social media platformsManaging training administration, reporting and competency testing with your franchisees.Undertaking training needs analyses for new trainees and developing solutions-based training plans to support incoming franchiseesCreating strong relationships with trainees and franchisees to provide ongoing support for trainees once they transition into their businessesConduct postworkshop and training analyses, highlighting opportunities for improvement and future needs.Working closely with the Training Team through a period of significant (and very exciting!) change to our training platformsManaging trainee admin and sign upsLets hear about you!Wed love you to join us! We are offering this fixed term contract to support one of our brilliant team members take on a secondment to another department. We want someone who is passionate about learning and delivering training, adaptable to change, understands small business operations, and loves creating engaging content. If that sounds like you, read on! The below is preferred but not critical to be successful in the role:At least 2 years experience delivering training, preferably including a blend of face-to-face training, online training and content creation for self-paced learning.Having previously used authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Photoshop and many others, with a strong working knowledge in instructional design and storyboarding.Passionate about finding solutions for trainees to enable their training to be approachable and completed in a timely fashion.
