Seeking a candidate with proven ability to build strong relationships with young people.Selection Criteria Ability to clearly articulate the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Christian truths; ability to exegete scriptures and apply them to Christian living.Selection Criteria Musical ability such as piano, guitar or vocals and/or ability to plan mission or service learning trips.Skills/CompetenciesConfidence communicating to large audiences.Ability to clearly articulate the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Christian truths.Ability to relate to Senior School (SS) aged students.Ability to exegete the scriptures and apply them to Christian living.Exceptional organisational skills.Musical ability - preferably guitar or piano, and vocals.IT / AV ability.Basic design / presentation skills (Visuals to assist message communication, pamphlets to advertise clubs etc.)Personal AttributesEvery College employee must have a personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ and are to be in regular fellowship and good standing with a local Christian church. Traditional Christian values must be lived out and exhibited daily.
