Our dedicated and passionate team includes nurses, allied health professionals and home independence support staff all working to support and restore independence, health and wellbeing to thousands of Tasmanians across the State.Job tasks and responsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and oversight to Care Partners and Clinical Stream Team Leaders, supporting the Clinical Manager in upholding a robust clinical governance framework that aligns with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.Assists in embedding a positive employee culture which respects individuals, supports change and encourages continuous learning and development to ensure a high standard of care and support is provided to consumersAssists with overall management of the Clinical Governance frameworkAssists with and oversees and supports the development and review of service delivery forms, templates etc.Ensures and participates in the investigation, resolution/mitigation of service delivery related events (complaints, hazards, incidents, near misses).Ensures compliance with consumer file & clinical documentation management processes.What we offerIn return for your hard work, we offer a range of great benefits.
