As a fast-growing business, we prioritise professionalism, reliability, and innovation in every job we do.Weve recently expanded into Queensland and are building a dynamic local team to support our growing customer base.What Youll Be DoingScheduling and assigning jobs via ServiceM8 to technicians across QLD and NSWCoordinating School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) service work and tracking status updatesCompiling technicians notes from ServiceM8 and preparing information for billingAssisting with basic quotes using standard pricing templates or technician inputPosting regular social media updates (content provided or templated)Managing inbound calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and techniciansPerforming general admin including timesheet tracking, job record maintenance, and invoicing supportOrdering parts and coordinating deliveriesAssisting with safety documentation and job readiness checklistsWhat Youll NeedMinimum 2 years experience in an admin, scheduling, or coordination roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communicationComfortable working independently and managing competing prioritiesExperience using ServiceM8 (or similar job management platform)Competency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systemsFamiliarity with security, trades, or construction sectors (highly desirable)Experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) preferredFull working rights in AustraliaWhat We OfferA friendly, flexible, and supportive team environmentWork/life balance home before 5pm most daysOpportunities to grow with the company as we expandTraining on our systems and processesThe chance to join a team that values your contributionApply now to be part of a growing team delivering reliable, future-ready security and communications solutions across QLD and NSW.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
