Join our dynamic manufacturing team and play a key role in maintaining and improving high-speed production equipment in the packaging industry.What You Will DoDeliver daily preventative and breakdown maintenance across fixed plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operationsRespond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimise production downtimeConduct inspections and condition monitoring to identify potential equipment failures and initiate corrective actionsCollaborate with production teams to optimise machine performance, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiativesRead, interpret, and produce electrical schematics to support fault diagnosis and system upgradesMaintain accurate documentation of completed work, pending tasks, and equipment status at the end of each shiftAssist in investigating equipment-related non-conformances and contribute to root cause analysisEnsure all maintenance activities comply with WHS, HACCP, and quality standardsReturn machines to production in a clean, safe, and operational condition, removing all tools and materials from the areaSupport planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks, demonstrating an initiative-taking approach to asset careWhat You Will BringMinimum 5 years experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environmentCurrent A Class Electrical LicenceUnderstanding of HACCP and WHS principlesStrong knowledge of maintenance planning techniquesAbility to read and produce electrical schematicsInstrumentation training and experience with automated packing systems (robotics, palletisers) highly desirableExcellent communication skills and attention to detailBonus SkillsPLC programming and fault-findingTrade certificate in Automation & Control or Instrumentation (desirable)Why Join Us?
