Join to apply for the Field Supervisor role at Service Stream1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Field Supervisor role at Service StreamGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Based at the Happy Valley depot, you will also support field teams to foster a positive customer experience and outcome driven culture, enhancing their skills and capabilities through mentoring and development.Nature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Happy Valley.Reporting Line: Operations ManagerKey activities for this role include:Supportive and strong people leadership, supervision, technical guidance, and trainingDirecting day to day operations required for the efficient and effective provision of planned and reactive works as well as maintenance activities.Actively lead and participate in all site OH&S activities and initiativesHigh level of field presence, including performing regular field auditsPeople management, including e-timesheet approvals, performance reviews, development, and performance managementParticipate in the overall contract operational service delivery to ensure that business plan objectives and corporate strategies are met.To be successful in the role, you will have:Demonstrate a strong safety focus including the leadership qualities of Walk, Talk, Lead, Care.Being an outcome driven team player.Demonstrate respect and consideration for individuals and their experience / expertise to enhance performance.Constructively and professionally delivering key messages and feedback to your team, peers, leadership team and stakeholders.Identifying and driving continuous improvement within the business, including providing guidance to team(s) about opportunities for improvement.Abiding by all company policies and procedures and showing ethical responsibility to self and team members.Support field teams to foster a positive customer experience and an outcome-driven culture, enhancing their skills and capabilities through mentoring and development.A willingness to think openly, with a positive, adaptable mindset.Working collaboratively with other Field Supervisors.Providing on-call support and leadership on a rostered basis.Monitoring and analysing work order data from the field / sub-contractor.Performing field safety observations to ensure our people go home safely.Achieving goals while adhering to standards and best practices.Reporting project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and/or stakeholders including escalation of risks as required.About UsService Stream, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading national service provider to develop and operate Australia''s essential communications, energy and water networks in the telecommunications, utilities and transport industries.
