About the Company:Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Sunshine West. They are currently growing their Customer Service team and this will be the third new addition to the team. Have the opportunity to work across Customer Service and Administrtion duties.Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMWorking Location: 5 days in Sunshine OfficeKey Responsibilities:Serve as the friendly voice answering inbound calls from customers.Ensure precision in order processing, getting every detail right the first time.Skillfully substitute out-of-stock items with smart alternatives.Boost sales by promoting slow-moving inventory and upselling to loyal customers.Provide accurate delivery information and guide customers to the self-service portal.Support the sales team with quotes, administrative duties, and order updates.Create memorable customer interactions with a positive attitude.Conduct outbound calls to encourage customer reorders.Work hand-in-hand with the warehouse and operations teams to deliver seamless service.Prepare and deliver accurate customer quotes.Manage returns and credits efficiently, adhering to company policies.Skills & Experience:A positive, can-do attitude that thrives on challenges.Proficient with computers and experienced in managing large product ranges.Strong negotiation and complaint handling skillsExperience working in a Customer Service positionEffective team player with strong problem-solving abilities.Precision in handling repetitive tasks.Tools and Systems:ExcelMicrosoft Office applicationsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply, please click "Apply" or contact Ali Alpe on +61 3 8628 2166 or ali.alpe@robertwalters.com.au for a confidential discussion.About the jobContract Type: PermFocus: Call CentreIndustry: Call Centre and Customer Service #J-18808-Ljbffr
