Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$75,911.00/yr - A$88,185.00/yrTranswa is the regional division of the Public Transport Authority (PTA) and a direct provider of public transport services that connect 240 destinations across the state, from Kalbarri in the North to Augusta in the South West and Esperance in the South East.About the roleWere seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Transwa Reservations Team in Mandurah. In this important role, you will help ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for passengers across Western Australia by providing exceptional customer service and operational support.As a senior member of the team, you will manage complex customer enquiries, process ticketing and refunds, and provide guidance and support to your colleagues to uphold high service standards. Your daily responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting booking issues, and reconciling payments. You may also be required to work additional shifts on weekends, public holidays and occasionally support other regional and metropolitan locations.Our ideal candidate has proven experience in a frontline customer service environment, effective communication skills, and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving. Youll be organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong cash-handling experience and a working knowledge of office systems and procedures are essential.
