We put this to action developing and implementing societal initiatives within our Social Impact Practice.Key Skills Required:Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical and reasoning ability.Negotiation & Influencing: Ability to negotiate effectively.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.Work Management: Good organizational and time management skills.Customer Service: Focus on serving injured workers and stakeholders.Required Expertise:Completion of AMA4 training by Work Safe Victoria.Minimum 2 years claims management experience (or equivalent).Experience working with the legal profession.Extensive knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including treatments.Experience managing hearing device claims.About DXCDXC Claims Management has been specialising in workers compensation claims management for over 16 years, and we have an impressive track record of excellence in service delivery and innovation.
