The underground mine represents one of the worlds cleanest and largest lead-silver projects.YOUR MISSIONJoin Abra Mining Pty Ltd as a Process Technician (Site Based) and join a small, collaborative team of professionals. This position offers the opportunity for career development and progression, while contributing to the success of our mining production operations.THE ROLEReporting to the Process Shift Supervisor, the Processing Technicians are required to work closely with the Metallurgists to operate both the processing facility and the paste plant. Responsibilities will include plant monitoring and control, process flow improvements, fault finding, minor maintenance and daily safety and production reporting functions. Daily targets will focus on hazard awareness, communication, recovery, concentrate grade, throughput and process continuity.Abra is ready to bolster its processing team and we have a number of Processing Technician roles available. We are seeking operators with experience in crushing, grinding, and ideally flotation, filtration, tailings, and mine paste plant circuits.Rosters are an 8/6 (day shift), 7/7 (night shift) rotational roster, FIFO from Perth, or DIDO from local regional centres.At Abra, our people are our focus. Training programs are being established for all employees and levels.ABOUT YOUYour work ethic will be reliable, consistent, and always with a high attention to detail. Your current and previous co-workers would describe you as a collaborative and a team player.
