Your goal? To ensure crewing operations are efficient, compliant and people-focused.Your reach spans from frontline payroll and compliance through to strategic HR frameworks, industrial relations and leadership development. Youll ensure every ship is crewed with care, every process works smoothly, and every person feels part of something bigger.You will:Lead all aspects of crew operations and HR delivery across Australia and New ZealandOversee recruitment, certification, payroll, learning and developmentChampion a people-first approach to frameworks and systemsProvide guidance on industrial relations and union engagementAlign operational delivery with ASPs broader commercial strategyMonitor and ensure compliance with maritime, employment, and safety lawsFoster consistency across offices while respecting local nuanceMentor and grow your team to build accountability and trustThis is a hands-on leadership role with a clear strategic voice, a rare balance that gives you room to influence and the ability to act.Your ProfileYou might come from a maritime background or have built your experience through HR, operations or compliance in a complex business.
