Were looking for a Coordinator to join our Humanitarian Assistance team and support the delivery of the Assisted Passage Programme (APP) a vital initiative that helps individuals safely navigate complex ground transit situations around the world.About the RoleAs a Coordinator, youll play a key role in planning and coordinating ground transit tasks, working closely with internal teams and international partners to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. Youll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment, liaising with case managers, ground teams, and coordination desks in the UK and North America. In line with business requirements of our follow-the-sun operational model, shifts are worked Monday to Friday (including Public Holidays) rostered between the hours of 08:30 to 19:30. There may be a requirement on occasions to work weekends, which will be discussed and mutually agreed.What Were Looking ForThis is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others. Youll need to be process-driven but also able to think on your feet when situations evolve.Key Skills & ExperienceExperience in customer service (face-to-face, phone, email, or messaging platforms) is highly valued.Familiarity with CRM or case management systems is a plus.Ability to work effectively in small, collaborative teams including remote coordination.Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel; quick to learn new tools and systems.Awareness of regional security dynamics (Africa, Asia-Pacific, LATAM) is an advantage.Experience in humanitarian, medical, or security assistance is helpful but not required.QualificationsNo specific qualifications are required were looking for the right mindset, skills, and willingness to learn.Why Join Us?Youll be part of a purpose-driven team working on meaningful global challenges.
