Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better.We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Operations Managers, to be employed on a Full Time basis, working from ISS Brisbane office.This role is responsible for managing contractual obligations while seeking development and growth opportunities. Responsible for ongoing innovation and strategy to ensure that ISS maintains a sustainable, successful and long-term client relationship.Reporting to a senior executive member, you will be responsible for both strategic and tactical imperatives to ensure that ISS maintains a sustainable, successful and long term relationship with our clients.You will drive and lead the operations in accordance with agreed contract requirements.A snapshot of what you will do:Drive operational development of single or multi service solutions across key accountsDevelop and maintain Account Development Plans involving key stakeholdersDevelop and propose propositions on contract level.Set up and manage client interactions across the country account with focus on innovation and best practice sharingManage staffing and competence development of employees.Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and the assigned OPF/Operational processesMap and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract in relation to the optimization of profit.Report and analyse measurements according to contract and ISS demands and drive performance projectsAnalysing, querying and consolidation the monthly reported financial results.Ensure focus on continuous improvement and quality of deliveryIdentify key customer retention factors, and over-manage performance and development to drive retention.Manage and provide leadership, guidance and support to Managers and their colleagues while being compliant to all relevant policies and processes in relation to people managementWhat will you possess to be successfulExperience from large complex organizations and proven successful global programmes deploymentMin. 10+ years experience with leading leadersFM industry or experience from a similarly complex industryExperience with working in a large organisation with several stakeholders with differing expectations and needsSeveral years experience with customer relationship sales and/or consultancy salesExperience with budgeting as well as financial management and reporting and performance managementExperience with SLA management and KPI reportingWhat is in for you?Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are passionate of what they doing.Attractive salary + superWork-life balanceOpportunities to develop your career within our global organisationTo apply for this role please click on the ''apply'' link and complete the online application.ISS is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
