About the Role Were looking for a passionate, proactiveCase Managerto be a steady support and strong advocate for young people across Melbournes Western and Northern regions. This is more than a job its an opportunity to be a consistent and compassionate voice in someones journey toward independence and self-belief. Youll be part of an experienced and dedicated Youth Services team delivering assertive outreach case management and holistic support to young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Reporting to the Youth Services Coordinator, this is afixed-term full-timeposition, contracted until October 2026, based in Sunshine, VIC. Compensation is in accordance withSCHADS Award Level 5.
