This position is full time permanent. Site comprises of 2650 rooms in Village, 500 homes in Roxby Downs and another 462 in Minesite, and boasts amenities such as Pools, BBQs, Gym, Squash Room, Outdoor area with Courts etc. Flights are from Adelaide Airport, approx. 90 mins, or DIDO available for locals to Roxby Village. You''ll have a permanent room and a back to back team member. Ideal candidate is available to begin the recruitment process immediately, for an August 2025 start date.THE POSITIONReporting directly to Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential services in a complex environmentRepair and maintain plumbing, washers, pipes, drainsInstall pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets etc.Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaksWorking in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.Prioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines.
