CJD Equipment has an exciting opportunity for aService Advisorto join the Service Team in our Darwin Branch. This role could suit someone considering a move away from working on the Workshop Service floor into a less physically demanding role, OR, someone who has experience working within the automotive industry in an administrative role.Reporting to the Territory Service Manager, you will be provided with the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge within a professional and busyservice department.Responsibilities include:Processing of workshop labour/costs into systemControl customer bookings and processing service invoices for customersInvoicing of service and maintenance contracts and daily workAdherence to all HSE proceduresAssist with the managing and ordering of parts for service jobsEnsure all documents and records are completed and processed in a timely mannerAbility to work overtime, including occasional Saturday morningsQualifications, Qualities and Experience:Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenMaintain a professional and neat appearanceComputer literate with intermediate skills in Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at one timeAbility to work well in a busy team environmentPrevious experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry or within an automotive service teamWhats in it for you:Pay:Industry competitive rate + weekly pay cyclePerks:Discounts with National brands, active social clubHours:Monday to Friday with some additional hours requiredLooking smart:All uniforms and workwear providedCareer:Training, career development, growth and advancement opportunitiesCulture:Exceptional workplace culture we work hard and have fun while we do itStability:Over 18% of our current employees have achieved over 10 years service.
