You will thrive on owning and driving outcomes.Working closely with our Oly Partnership team and Senior Management, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the integrated B2C and B2B marketing and communications strategy that meets the goals for Oly.Key responsibilities:Manage the Oly marketing budgetExecute the Oly marketing plan in line with the broader business strategy and predefined commercial objectivesContinue to roll out the Oly brand identity and CVP across all channels and act as a brand steward to drive preference and build equityCoordinate the optimisation of a new website as well as modifications to digital platformsManage external agencies to develop creative and media campaigns across all channelsPartner with internal stakeholders to identify problems and create objectives to be achieved through the application of B2C and B2B marketing strategies (e.g. improve customer experience, improve engagement, generate leads and increase revenue)Serve as a Subject Matter Expert; providing advice to the Oly stakeholders on campaign activities and approaches appropriate for their market/customersEstablish campaign KPIs and benchmarks for all marketing activities to optimise performance againstAct as the voice of the customer internally, championing the customers needs and pushing for continuous improvement of the customer experienceEnsure compliance in all marketing to Oly branding, communication, client contracts, security standards, data protection and legislative requirements such as Financial, Privacy, SPAM and ACCCFoster a culture of excellence and fun that delivers a highly capable, engaged and agile environmentDevelop the FY27 marketing planYou will bring:Bachelors degree level qualifications in a digital, marketing or business related discipline7+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of delivering resultsProven ability to utilise marketing analytics when planning and executing campaigns to deliver on leads, sales and conversion rate targetsTechnical expertise in digital marketing execution, specifically in email, social, and websiteExperience with managing the production of above the line campaigns and working with a media agency to execute a targeted media plan in line with the broader business strategySolid engagement, communications, and project management skills, including management of internal and external stakeholdersExperience managing and enforcing branding standards and practicesComfortable to contribute to new partnership pitch decks and present in person on behalf of MarketingA track record of budget managementMicrosoft Dynamics, Marketing Module and/or Adobe marketing stack experience is highly desirableWhat we can offer you:Novated leasing benefits and discounts12 weeks paid parental leave and access to our Parents PortalComprehensive learning and development opportunities to support your career growthSonder digital wellbeing platform, providing personalised support 24/7, plus annual flu vaccinationsDefault Income Protection Insurance reimbursed for members of the MMS Default Super FundExempt Employee Share PlanEmbracing our value of Everyone Matters we hold a collective commitment to foster an environment where all differences are valued and respected.We encourage individuals from all backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, those caring for someone or living with a disability, LGBTQIA+ and culturally diverse applicants to apply.We embrace hybrid working and welcome conversations about flexibility.Please note all successful candidates will undergo background checks (including criminal history and ASIC checks) and an NDIS Workers Screening Check if appropriate.
