We are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Canberra. You will be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience whether theyve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.Every day is different, but youll mostly be looking after:Hands on, day to day managing of the Food & Beverage departmentDelivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed themCoach and develop our food & beverage team through regular feedback and goal settingManaging food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practicesMultitasking to oversee our Redsalt Restaurant, Lume Bar, banquets, and room service offeringDrive departmental profitability by effectively managing procurement, inventory, and labour costs.About you:Experience working in a similar leadership role in a hotelStrong communicator and able to balance prioritiesUnderstanding of budgeting, cost control and rosteringAvailable to work a rotating roster, this includes evenings, weekends and Public HolidaysMust have working rights for AustraliaCurrent RSA, and First Aid (including CPR) certifications.What You Can Expect From UsWe provide everything you need to succeed.
