Responsibilities We seek an organized, customer-centric individual for the role of Audiology Assistant at Audika Kalgoorlie Clinic, on a part-time basis (4 days/week). If you are passionate about helping clients enhance their hearing and quality of life, this role is for you. This position is vital to clinic performance and customer experience. We desire a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven person with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing. You will collaborate with Clinicians, Clinic Coordinators, and Hearing Technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes. You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs. Your support will include assisting clinicians during hearing appointments with tasks such as video otoscopy, tympanometry, equipment placement for air and bone conduction, and speech testing. You will facilitate device demonstrations and manage equipment and IT for video conferencing, hearing aid fitting, minor repairs, and troubleshooting. Applying your knowledge, skills, and tools, you will implement tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best solutions.
