Our parts keep the world moving while our people shape the future.We are currently seeking a Store Feedback and Research Analyst to ensure the accuracy of our electronic catalogue through effective management of store feedback.What you will do:Manage store and customer feedback processTriage queries to ensure the optimum resolutionAction queries in line with SLA''sActively follow up on outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholdersConduct research on store queries including the clarification of issues with stores and customers as well as conducting investigative work into the issue to recommend the optimum solutionEngage in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders/customersManage, collate and report on application queries from storesInterpret data/reports from feedback to identify bigger picture issues that require additional focus for resolutionKeep up to date with changes and technology and catalogue data structures within the automotive / industrial industry, by aligning with catalogue team and external industry sourcesMaintain understanding of data use and end applications. E.g.
