Taking complex business needs and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions will see you excel in this new opportunity. Youll excel in guiding projects while you can also dive into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP Fieldglass solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to assess their requirements and tailor SAP Fieldglass to meet their business needs.Provide expert guidance and deep subject matter expertise to the implementation process, including system configuration, customisation, testing, and training.Develop and maintain project documentation for all system configurations, processes, and user guides supporting the customer throughout the project and through transition into program business-as-usual (BAU) operationsConduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of the solution.Support clients to identify opportunities for automation and integration of their SAP Fieldglass solution with other SAP and non-SAP enterprise systemsStay up to date on SAP Fieldglass product developments, new features, and best practices to ensure clients are presented with the most current and effective solutions to meet their business goals.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions.Strong understanding of end-to-end workflows for external workforce management including Contingent, Statement of Work and Profile Worker.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues with superior communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Certification in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement is highly desirableTo be successful in this role as an SAP Fieldglass Consultant you will be committed delivering high-quality solutions for customers. Each engagement will be approached with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, whilst demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to the needs of your client. Being able to work in a highly agile work environment where the team is incredibly self-motived but eager to work in a collaborative team environment.
