This is a fast-paced and diverse role that will have you working closely with the Sales and Tendering team, to coordinate and prepare submission responses to tenders, expression of interests (EOIs) and requests for information (RFIs), for our Northern Region (QLD) Infrastructure Services business.Reporting to the Senior Lead - Submissions and Client Engagement, you will be responsible for preparing successful, professional, and well-coordinated submission responses across a diverse range of sectors, in a timely manner.On behalf of the broader business, you will seek and develop a variety of response documentation whilst fulfilling other requirements such as:Take ownership of and manage the end-to-end tender process including identifying opportunities, preparing responses, submitting proposals and post tender debriefs.Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other relevant departments such as WHSEQ, Commercial, Finance, etc to gather necessary information for submissions and external stakeholders.Produce and update project sheets and curriculum vitae documentation including formatting of documents to a high standard in both MS Word and design package suites.Maintain an organised folder system and contribute to the continuous improvement and streamlining of processes and procedures.Manage competing priorities and strict tendering deadlines.Create graphics that are consistent with our branding requirements (preferred but not mandatory).This is an opportunity for a confident communicator who can clearly and confidently articulate themselves to provide a real contribution to our business outcomes.
