Minimum 1 year Head Chef or Senior Sous experience and 5 years as a qualified Chef.High-volume caf or brunch venue experience essential.Strong leadership and communication skills.Hands-on experience with rostering (Deputy), ordering, stock control, and food costing (Restoke), reporting (Lightspeed).Ability to train, support, and retain a high-functioning kitchen team.Excellent time management and kitchen organization.Brunch/lunch plating consistency and a love of flavor-forward cooking.Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols.Calm under pressure, collaborative under fire.
