We are seeking a visionary Leader of Learning - Business to play a pivotal role in shaping our educational landscape.As a Leader of Learning Business, you should demonstrate the following skills and qualities:Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director of Teaching & Learning and collaborate closely with the Holistic Learning Team, including Deans of Student Programs, Development, & Inclusivity.Identify and prioritize learning objectives and curriculum developments in line with the Colleges Learning and Teaching Framework.Develop and implement contemporary learning and teaching initiatives that enrich the educational experience for students.Collaborate with other Leaders of Learning, Integrated Leaders of Learning, and House Leaders to support the strategic vision and implementation of the Learning and Teaching framework.This role will be offered as a full-time, permanent teaching position with a POR 2 (3-year tenure).
