We specialise in delivering standalone cleaning and security services or tailored integrated solutions to the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care, and mining sectors.The RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Integrated Services Manager (Assistant ISM) to join our team at Macquarie Centre one of Sydneys busiest and most iconic retail destinations.Working Sunday to Thursday, you will support the Integrated Services Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of our cleaning, security, maintenance, and customer service teams, ensuring service excellence and compliance across all areas.What You Will Be DoingSupport daily site operations across cleaning, security, maintenance, and customer serviceAct as a key point of contact for the client and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionAssist in managing staffing, performance, training, and compliance obligationsHelp lead and motivate team members in line with Assetlinks values and service standardsAssist in the monitoring of KPIs, reporting, and identifying areas for improvementSupport in rostering, incident resolution, and client relationship managementMaintain a strong focus on safety, presentation, and service deliveryContribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives onsiteYou Will HaveExperience in facilities or site operations, ideally in a retail/commercial environmentStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience supervising or supporting diverse teamsExcellent attention to detail and a proactive mindsetAbility to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersA customer-first attitude and a commitment to safetyCompetency in using systems and Microsoft Office toolsExperience with Kronos, timesheet approvals, and familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred)Strong financial acumen with the ability to assist in P&L reporting, budgeting, and forecastingMust be able to work from or attend other Assetlink sites as required from time to timeWhat We Offer YouReward and recognition programsOngoing training and development opportunitiesA safe, inclusive, and supportive workplaceCareer progression pathways within a growing national businessA values-driven, family-oriented cultureThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role and be part of a high-performing team at a flagship retail site.
