Our multidisciplinary team approach builds a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.Help us help others by providing life-changing support that can improve their independence, access, development, health, wellbeing, and function.We are seeking Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working both in the community and in a clinic setting.We are expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants around the Tuggerah / Central Coast areas and welcome an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. You will bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organizational skills.Successful candidates will provide support to NDIS participants living in the Central Coast and Tuggerah areas.We offer structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. You might work in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.Responsibilities include:Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic servicesAssess participants developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessmentsInterpret findings to formulate individualized treatment goalsProvide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants quality of life and help them meet their goalsMentor and support early career cliniciansStay informed about current legislation to ensure complianceWhats in it for you?We support you as you support others.
