As a BMS Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Building Management Systems, ensuring our clients'' facilities operate efficiently and effectively.What you''ll be doingConduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on BMS equipmentDiagnose and repair BMS faults and malfunctionsProgram and configure BMS controllers and systemsLiaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical supportMaintain accurate records of all work performedCollaborate with the wider team to identify and implement system improvementsComply with all health, safety and environmental regulationsWhat we''re looking forQualifications in Electrical and/or Air Conditioning tradeMinimum 2 years'' experience as a BMS Service Technician or in a similar roleExperience and sound knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems are essential, especially the use of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP and communication networks generallyProficient in programming, configuring and troubleshooting BMS systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong customer service orientation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver''s licenceWhat we offerOngoing training and professional developmentCompany vehicle and mobile phoneAbout usEnvironmental Automation is a leading provider of Building Management System solutions and services.
