We deliver advice and investment solutions to clients through our highly qualified, experienced and client focused teams and pride ourselves on working to really understand our clients, so we can help them live the life that they choose.About the RoleOur CSMs play a critical role supporting our Financial Advisors, and this role will see the successful candidate being a key contact point for day-to-day liaisons with clients. The role involves administering all support aspects of the client advice process within Xplan, including Review Management, preparation of Client Review and Plan Presentation Packs and implementation of advice and trading. The successful candidate will work directly with the Advisors and other CSMs that operate within a POD set up, supporting with client and team requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnering with other Financial Advisors, Associate Advisors & Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional customer service for our clients.Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in Xplan, preparation of advice documents & forms.Assisting with regulatory obligations including the management of Fixed Term Service Agreements, review meetings and our compliance requirements.Being a point of call for all client communication regarding Financial Advice in the absence of the Advisor.Working at ViridianIn 2022, the firm achieved B Corp status with a score of 99.4 and was recognised as one Best for the World in the Workers Impact category, placing Viridian in the top 5% score by putting in place exemplary employee-friendly practices, such as ownership opportunities, job flexibility, and fair-chance hiring policies.You will have access to a range of benefits centered around community and inclusivity:Unique and generous leave benefits, such as Birthday Leave, Wellness Day, 13-weeks Primary Careers Leave and the ability to purchase additional Annual Leave.Flexible work options with the ability to work from home.Participation in our Viridian Team Community Program.Discounted Medibank Corporate Health Cover.Employee Assistance providing free and confidential counselling services to all employees and their families.Knowledge, Skills & Experience2 years minimum experience working within a similar role within the financial services industry.Proficient with Microsoft Office, and experience using Xplan would be advantageous.Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.To ApplyWe warmly welcome candidates who meet the above points under knowledge, skills & experience to apply.Please note, this position will require a Police Check.
