The role involves operating machinery to batch, mix, and process dry animal feed, monitoring systems, and performing general labouring and cleaning tasks. Experience in a production environment and a strong focus on safety and quality are essential.ResponsibilitiesOperate milling machinery to produce materials according to production schedules and quality standardsFilling micro ingredient boxes and clean out ingredient bins as neededMoving Stock around Mill in accordance with stock control requirementsConduct Quality Assurance tests to meet standardsKeep accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance activitiesQualificationsPrevious experience as a Mill Operator or similar role (preferred, not essential)Forklift License (preferred)Assist with equipment maintenance as neededAbility to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environmentCommitment to safety and following established proceduresExcellent communication and teamwork skillsIf you are a dedicated and committed individual with a background in operating milling equipment, we want to hear from you.
