Whilst each department has a core team, our commitment to collaboration means we work closely together striving for optimal patient outcomes.The hospital has existing relationships with various education institutes, meaning we often have visiting veterinarians and students. As a hospital, we pride ourselves in teaching the next generation and sharing our expertise with the wider veterinary community.Currently the Medicine team consists of 5 Medics and 7 nurses, and we are looking for another superstar nurse to join our team. Our cohesive and supportive team values communication, teamwork and delivering exceptional care whilst having the ability to share a laugh. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of care for all our patients and are constantly striving to improve our knowledge and skills.Our nurses work a combination of hospital and procedure nursing shifts and assist with consults each day. We have a varied and exciting case load and receive a high number of referrals through our emergency and critical care team. We have all the facilities including MRI, CT, Endoscopy, Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound to investigate each case and work closely with all other departments to achieve the best tailored treatment plan possible for each of our patients and their pet parent.This position can be full time or part time and is for an experienced nurse.
