Our effort to maintain credibility and transparency is a key component of this ongoing growth, strengthened by our focus on continuous support of local initiatives and the wider Australian community.Position Summary:Primary Role of the Credit Analyst is to support the Relationship Manager (RM) and Senior Manager (SM) in assisting with the preparation of Credit Memorandums(CMs) and performing the Financial Analysis of the deal, ensuring the RM team completes the CM in a timely manner inline with the Banks Strategy and Risk Appetite, including policies and procedures, whilst also recognising the Banks lending goals.This position is a fulltime role base in Parramatta NSW.As a Credit Analyst, your role will include: Financial Analysis of Financial Statements. Credit Structuring. Writing of CMs (Credit Submission), including: o In depth analysis and understanding of the customers Business and the Businesss goals. o Analysis of the industry, their debtors & creditors, identifying any related strengths and weaknesses/threats. o Perform debt servicing and interest rate sensitivity. o Identify any potential threats and mitigants to the transaction. o Understand and implement correct security structure, ensuring the Bank is secured in terms of policy. o Compile all information in a clear, concise format, allowing the RM and Credit team to decision the paper in a timely manner, thus delivering a high standard of service to the customer. o Assist the Branch team in reaching its Lending targets, by completing the CMs in a timely manner and identifying any potential cross sell opportunities. Perform Annual Reviews of existing customers. Perform Interim/Quarterly reviews of existing customers as required. Perform Credit searches as required.
