You will need to deliver services to the customers in the most efficient and effective manner and in line with Belgravia Leisures mission, vision and values by delivering a first-class experience for the facilities customers.The ideal candidate will be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our swim school members, patrons and parents are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all members and guests of the facility. This role will include weeknights and weekends work as required.Key AccountabilitiesProvide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone by responding to customers needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standardsSupport the enrolment of children into the centres swimming and water safety programsEnsure customer service staff are well informed and have a sound knowledge of the Centres services and programs.Ensure that daily cash handling records using Point of Sale (POS) systems are accurate and reflect all transactions done during a dayRespond to community requests for bookingsImplement processes for the success of the Learn to Swim ProgramEnsure that staff and patrons understand requirements relating to aquatic supervisionConduct safe and efficient operations of the areas of responsibility within legislative guidelinesMeet all reporting requirementsMaintain attention to detail in all administration tasksESSENTIAL:Cash Handling and Customer Service experiencePassion for Customer Service Sound interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsProven ability to work independently and in a team environmentCurrent Level 1 Senior First AidCurrent CPRCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent Victorian Police CheckDESIRABLE:Similar experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted customer service roleExperience with a computer-based point of sale systemThe CompanyBelgravia Leisureis part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
