This means people feel awesome, welcome, connected, excited, and ready to achieve their goals whatever that means for them.The RoleAs a Senior Employment Coach, youll be part of our Employment Services Team, supporting people with disability to achieve their vocational goals. Reporting to the Employment Supports & Outcomes Manager, youll work closely with supported employees, operational teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, person-centred employment supports.This is a hands-on, people-focused role where youll make a tangible impact every day.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Support & Vocational DevelopmentSupport employees to identify and achieve vocational goalsParticipate in interviews, inductions, work trials, and wage assessmentsProvide ongoing coaching and supportDeliver high-quality case notes and documentationSupport offsite work experiences and open employment pathwaysPlanning & TrainingAdminister Employee Assistance Plans and conduct reviewsIdentify and deliver training needs, including off-the-job sessionsAssist in developing training strategies to improve outcomesCompliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislationMaintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentialityStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with internal teams and build strong external relationshipsFoster a culture of inclusion and cooperationLead by example and contribute to a collaborative team environmentSupport team performance and continuous improvementHealth & SafetyPromote safe work practices and engage in risk managementOther DutiesRepresent cape positively in external interactionsSupport transport of employees using capes minibusUndertake other duties as directedWhat Youll BringCertificate IV in Disability and/or Training & Assessment (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years experience in a similar roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and employment supportsAbility to build strong stakeholder relationshipsNDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children CheckWhy Join Us?At cape, we offer more than just a job.
